Terms of service

1. Who we are

7Labs is an independent studio that builds apps, plugins and fixes for wineries that sell on Commerce7. "We" and "us" mean 7Labs. "You" means the person using our services and the winery or business they act for. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Commerce7, Tock, Google, Meta, Wine-Searcher, Vivino, OpenAI, Perplexity or Anthropic.

1Pixel has its own terms at pixel.dmitru.com/terms, and those apply to 1Pixel instead of these.

2. AI Visibility & Shopping Feed

AI Visibility & Shopping Feed (formerly Advanced Shopping Feed) is a Commerce7 app. It reads the products in your Commerce7 account and publishes them as product feeds for Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs, Wine-Searcher and Vivino at addresses on feed.dmitru.com. Its AI Visibility part checks your public website the way AI crawlers see it, and prepares wine content from the same products for your website.

• Eligibility. You need an active Commerce7 account, and you must be allowed to install apps for the winery.
• Billing. The subscription is sold and billed through the Commerce7 App Store at the price shown there. We never see or store your payment details. Commerce7 handles payments, invoices and billing questions. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app in Commerce7.
• Feeds are public. Each feed sits at a web address that Google, Meta and the other channels must be able to read, so anyone who has the address can read it too. A feed holds the same product information a shopper can see on your store, such as names, descriptions, prices, stock and images. Do not put anything private in product fields that go into a feed.
• AI Visibility. It is switched on per store and installed on your website, by you or by us. You are responsible for the website it runs on and for keeping its site keys private. The wine content it adds to your pages, and any hosted wine pages, are public, like the feeds. When we do the setup, it is fix and setup work under section 5.
• Your product information. You are responsible for the products, prices, text and images in your feeds, and for having the right to use them. You are also responsible for following the rules of each channel you send a feed to, and the laws on advertising and selling alcohol where you sell.
• No approval promise. Google, Meta, Wine-Searcher and Vivino decide on their own whether to accept, approve or show your products, and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini decide on their own what to read, cite or recommend. We do not promise that any of them will, or that your ads or listings will perform in any particular way.
• When you uninstall. Your feeds, AI Visibility content and hosted wine pages stop being served, and your site keys stop working. You can ask us to delete the settings and product data we keep for your account, as described in our privacy policy.

3. WordPress plugins

Our WordPress plugins, including 7Labs Winery Integration for Commerce7 and Tock, are free and released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. That license gives you your rights in the plugin code, and nothing in these terms limits it. These terms cover our services that a plugin connects to, such as AI Visibility & Shopping Feed. A plugin connects to a service only after you turn on the matching setting, and its readme lists each service and what it sends.

4. The website checker

The checker on this site is free. It loads the public pages of the site you enter and reports what it finds. Please check sites you run or work for. Do not use it to put load on a site or to test sites you have no connection to. We may limit or block checks to protect our service or the sites being checked. The results are automated, can miss things or be wrong, and are not a guarantee about how a site or its tracking works.

5. Fix and setup work

• We agree the scope and price with you in writing, by email, before we start. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
• You give us the access the work needs, such as to your website, tag manager or ad accounts. You can remove that access once we are done, and we recommend that you do.
• Your accounts, ad spend, campaigns and business decisions stay yours. We do not promise any particular ad results, sales or return on ad spend.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use our services to break the law or anyone else's rights, to send false or misleading product or sales data, to get around another service's rules, or to interfere with, overload or try to break into our systems or anyone else's.

7. Other companies' services

Our services work with Commerce7, Tock, Google, Meta, Wine-Searcher, Vivino and WordPress, and AI Visibility can also run on Cloudflare. Their own terms apply to your use of them. They can change or stop their services and APIs at any time, and we are not responsible for what they do. If a change on their side breaks a feature, we will try to adapt, but we cannot promise that every feature will keep working.

8. Ownership

Your products, text, images and data stay yours. You allow us to use them only to provide the services you use. Apart from the plugins covered by the GPL above, our apps, this website and their content belong to us. You may use them for your own business, but you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them.

9. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, where it is kept and for how long.

10. No warranty

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error free or always accepted by the services they connect to.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including lost sales, lost profits, lost data, rejected listings or higher advertising costs. Our total liability for any claim about our services is limited to what you paid us for the service involved in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of your product information, your breach of these terms, or your breach of the law or of another service's rules, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

13. Suspending or ending the service

You can stop at any time: uninstall the app in Commerce7, deactivate the plugin, or tell us to stop the work. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a partner service requires it, or if we stop offering a service. If we stop offering a paid service, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. If you keep using our services after that, the new terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not take away consumer protections that the law where you live gives you.
